Makes adjustments to ensure parts conform to qualify specifications. Loads and unloads parts and sorts finished parts. Performs total productive maintenance and related duties to ensure proper operation of machine/s. Performs 5S procedures. Takes part in the training process for all new team members. Provides input regarding the performance of new team members. Participates with other team members on safety, process and quality improvement teams. Works with team members, supervisors and support areas to coordinate workflow to meet production requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
