Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company Starting Wage: $26.58 + $2>30 shift differential Shift: 2nd shift 4:48pm-3:1am Monday-Thursday + overtime Location: Faribault South, MN What'sin it for you: Paid Time Off 88Hours of Holiday Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans Pension Plan funded by Daikin Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Growth Opportunities ClimateControlledFacility What you will do: Sets up and operates level-wound tubing machine in accordance with outlined methods and procedures including sizing and related tube preparation to properly fabricate tubing parts Makes adjustments on machine as required Follows all safety rules and instructions, maintain 5S standards of the work area, and performs other functions on and off the production line as required. Reads and interprets various blueprints, wiring diagrams, test procedures, oral instructions, and/or established procedures and bills of material. Attaches various parts to incomplete assemblies or sub-assemblies using a variety of fixtures, hand and power tools, stand-alone bench press, wire strippers, and material handling equipment. Disassembles a range of finished products, recommends the need for minor overhaul or limited parts replacement, and reassembles. Performs duties and functions in the assembly, installation, and wiring of electrical and mechanical controls.
