We are seeking a Program Analyst to provide programmatic, financial, and acquisition management support to the KC-130J Program Office (PMA-207) within NAVAIR. The Program Analyst will assist in the day-to-day management and execution of program activities supporting the sustainment, modernization, and foreign military sales (FMS) initiatives of the KC-130J aircraft platform.

Duties:



  • Provide comprehensive programmatic and analytical support across KC-130J domestic and FMS program portfolios.
  • Assist in the development, review, and tracking of program documentation including acquisition plans, statements of work (SOW), contract data requirements lists (CDRLs), and technical instructions (TIs).
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, risk registers, and action item trackers to support program planning and execution.
  • Support the preparation of briefing materials, decision papers, and program status reports for senior leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze program financial data, including spend plans, funding documents, and contract obligations/expenditures to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with logistics, engineering, test, and contracts teams to ensure effective program integration and execution.
  • Assist in managing the program's deliverable review process, maintaining compliance with NAVAIR standards and ensuring timely submission and acceptance of all CDRLs.
  • Support acquisition milestone documentation development in accordance with DoD 5000-series policies and NAVAIR procedures.
  • Maintain and update program data repositories in SharePoint and other Navy systems of record.
  • Participate in meetings, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and working groups, capturing action items and ensuring timely resolution.


Required Education:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related discipline.




Required Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience providing programmatic or financial management support within DoD or Navy aviation programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


Desired Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting NAVAIR, PMA-207, or related Naval aviation program offices.
  • Familiarity with Navy ERP, PMT, and AIRWorks tools.
  • Working knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle management, PPBE process, and Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
  • Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or international program management.
  • Master's degree.


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $68,952.32-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
