Position Summary

The ideal candidate should possess five years of experience working with multiple Costpoint application modules, such as General Ledger, Contracts, and Materials Management. They should be proficient in configuring and administering Deltek products, including Costpoint, TipQA/SFT, Time and Expense, and Cognos. The candidate should have a diverse background encompassing information technology, accounting, project management, and cost accounting. The candidate should possess a strategic mindset, with a proven history of providing effective leadership and direction. It is essential that they can take direction from business customers and successfully implement strategies and tactical solutions to achieve corporate objectives. The candidate should be highly focused, with a history of delivering cost-effective solutions to problems, reducing costs, and adhering to SOX and Change Management procedures.


Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL:

  • Lead the configuration, testing, and promotion of configuration/extensibility changes for Oceaneering's Deltek applications.
  • Provide user support by troubleshooting, participating in upgrades, and offering training and help desk assistance for key business and reporting systems. Configure applications and monitor job queues, workflows, and various approval paths. Collaborate with external vendors to support or enhance applications, ensuring the organization fully utilizes the application's functionality.
  • Support interfaces/integrations of various systems with Costpoint
  • Document help desk incident information. Maintain documentation and security information on processes, development projects and reports.
  • Develop methods for implementing new products and customizations to existing applications, ensuring thorough testing and user acceptance is done prior to implementation.
  • Maintain and document security configuration, including permissions, user groups, and profiles for key business and reporting systems. Schedule periodic internal reviews with management and provide audit reports upon request.
  • Maximize the value of information provided to all levels of the organization by using various programs including Power BI, Excel, SQL, etc., to develop custom queries, dashboards and reports as requested.

SPECIALTIES REQUIRED:

  • Deltek Costpoint configuration/administration, Business Process Engineering, Costpoint Security, Training, Report Writing.
  • Integrating Costpoint with other systems such as PeopleSoft or other ERP related applications.
  • Solid knowledge in Costpoint Cloud Operations support model.
  • General understanding of systems and networks.
  • The candidate should have experience on Costpoint version 8.2

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or a Business-Related field.
  • 5 years Costpoint experience.
  • US Person (Required due to CUI/ITAR restrictions).

RECOMMENDED:

  • TIP, Cobra, Cognos experience a plus.

We offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package. Annualized pay rate for this position : $136,000 - $184000.
