About the Role:

The Program Coordinator in the Health Care Services industry will play a pivotal role in organizing, managing, and overseeing health-related programs to ensure they meet organizational goals and community needs. This position requires coordinating between multiple stakeholders including healthcare providers, patients, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth program operations. The coordinator will be responsible for monitoring program progress, evaluating outcomes, and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery. They will also manage scheduling, resource allocation, and communication efforts to support program success. Ultimately, the role aims to improve health outcomes by ensuring that programs are effectively planned, executed, and aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administration support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and program management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience working with community health programs or non-profit organizations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

Coordinates initiatives, tracks, and monitors progress, and sets timelines for delegated assignments

Coordinates, organizes, and maintains effective filing system and performs complex data entry and data management

Ensures all records and business sensitive information are developed, distributed, handled, retrieved, and archived

Develops and maintains documents, reports, templates, etc.,

Schedules appointment with recipients along with their support team and clinical staff

Skills:

The Program Coordinator will utilize organizational skills daily to manage multiple program components and deadlines effectively. Communication skills are essential for liaising with diverse stakeholders and ensuring clear information flow. Analytical skills will be applied to assess program data and recommend improvements that enhance outcomes. Proficiency with software tools supports scheduling, reporting, and resource management tasks. Additionally, leadership and problem-solving skills help navigate challenges and drive program success in a dynamic healthcare environment.
