Marketing Technology Manager - Morris Plains, NJ

Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring a Marketing Technology Manager. The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing technology systems, including CRM, automation, and reporting platforms. This role ensures seamless workflows between marketing and sales, enabling lead capture, nurturing, and measurement. The Marketing Technology Manager collaborates with the Marketing Director and Content Manager to drive adoption of tools and reporting that support business growth across Weichert Financial Services, Weichert Title Group, and Weichert Insurance Agency.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manages day-to-day administration of CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Builds and maintains workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and assignment to sales teams.
• Develops and delivers reporting dashboards to track leads, conversion, and campaign impact.
• Partners with sales teams to ensure marketing technology supports referral, cross-sell, and retention programs.
• Works with the Content Manager to deploy and optimize content through technology platforms.
• Provides training and support to sales and marketing staff on use of marketing technology tools.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field required
• Certifications in CRM or marketing automation platforms preferred
• Three (3) or more years of hands-on experience with CRM and/or marketing automation platforms
• Experience with data management, workflow automation, and reporting
• Prior experience supporting sales or marketing teams preferred
• Strong technical skills in CRM and marketing automation systems
• Analytical mindset with ability to build and interpret reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Solid organizational and project management skills

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $60,000 to $80,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
