The Department of Medicine is seeking a Senior Office Support Assistant (Sr. OSA) to play a vital role in keeping our specialty divisions running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

* Be the right hand to the Leadership Team by managing day-to-day communications, coordinating meetings, organizing travel, and handling sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.
* Serve as the Leadership Team liaison-answering calls, responding to emails, and representing the division with tact and warmth.
* Create and manage documents including letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets-ensuring accuracy and clarity.
* Keep things running smoothly by organizing calendars, planning meetings and conferences, and preparing materials as needed.
* Welcome visitors and team members in person and over the phone-providing helpful, friendly support and directing inquiries to the right place.
* Support reporting and data tasks by gathering, organizing, and analyzing information for divisional use.
* Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all communications.
* Work collaboratively with the administrative team members to meet the evolving needs of the divisions.
* Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

* Prior experience in administrative support or office coordination, preferably in a healthcare or academic setting.
* Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
* A team player with a proactive mindset and commitment to service excellence.

Shift

Shift Type: Mon - Fri 8:00AM - 5:00 PM
(Clinical) Office/Administrative Hours: Yes - Position will have Office/Admin Hours
Flexibility for Alternative Schedules: No

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $17.05 - $23.00 per hour
Grade: GGS-007
