Seasonal (Seasonal) JOB TITLE: Rental Lead DIVISION: Rental Department REPORTS TO: Rental Shop Manager LOCATION: Rental Shops CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Seasonal/ Hourly POSITION: The Rental Lead assists the Rental Shop Supervisors in supervising all rental department staff. The Rental Lead overseas rental shop operations by leading the rental shop staff and providing front-line customer service. Other responsibilities include leading morning meetings, enforcement of staff policies, and communicating between staff and manager. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Positive Attitude Capable of standing for extended periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include weekends and holidays Self-starter, ability to work with high standards without supervision High safety standards Attention to detail Thorough knowledge of winter and summer sports equipment Cashiering and software skills Passion for winter and summer sports JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide a high level of customer service Responsible for daily operations of rental shop Assist in training staff on rental equipment Responsible for scheduling staff and ensuring attendance Responsible for daily reconciliation of sales and payments Responsible for testing and certifying rental alpine ski bindings Responsible for tracking and storage of all rental paperwork Responsible for daily maintenance of rental equipment Have fun Perks of Working Here: Work & Play in the Mountains: Embrace the stunning Wasatch Mountains.
