About the role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information

systems. Translate business needs/end-user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the

system, process or product/service must do to fulfill the end-user/business requirements.

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing the business requirements
  • Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) according to the requirements.'
  • Briefing the requirements to development team & ensuring development is initiated accordingly.
  • Checking Functional Specification Document (FSD) at initial level and making sure that all functional requirements are satisfied.
  • Develop testing plan, test cases and coordinate UAT process.
  • Connecting with the application vendor and business team to deliver complete understanding of Requirement.
  • Validating the development in UAT and also getting it validated from Business.
  • Involving in QA to check the features and functions that have been enabled in UAT.
  • After receiving UAT sign off and then deploying the changes in production with coordination of support team.
  • Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing and production moves.
  • Responsible for receiving and implementing the change requests.

What you will need:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - master's degree is desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
