Medical Receptionist Stephen City, VA Pay From: $19 per hour MUST: Qualified Medical Receptionist with experience in a medical office EMR experience Customer Service Skills DUTIES: The job will consist of the following: Assisting with the day-to-day operations of office Filing and Managing Medical Records Collecting co-pays and balances Enhancing patients/customers experience by providing clerical/technical support Properly handling incoming calls; take complete messages with accurate information using message intake form Scheduling patient appointments by adhering to scheduling guidelines Verifying appointments, print schedules, update patient information as necessary Review schedules for cancellations/No show appointments Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
