Aon is looking for an Associate Partner - US Real Estate Research Team in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL Aon is seeking an Associate Partner to join our US Real Estate Research Team, based in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. Our global manager research team comprises over 50 specialists, including more than 20 focused on private markets. Aon advises on over $100 billion of private markets assets globally. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for underwriting and monitoring investment funds, advising institutional clients on their real estate portfolios, and supporting Aon's business development efforts. While the primary focus is on real estate, broader real asset experience (including infrastructure, timber and farmland) is highly desirable. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues in the US, Canada, and Europe, across private markets, and report to the Head of North America Real Estate. Currently, this is a hybrid role with three days mandatory in office but is subject to change. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $168,000 to $240,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
