AI / Agentic Software Engineer
Job ID: 102335

Do you want to work on complex and pressing challenges-the kind that bring together curious, ambitious, and determined leaders who strive to become better every day? If this sounds like you, you've come to the right place.
Your Impact
You will work with our firm's top technical minds on a solution that will enable the next generation of client service.
You'll be part of building a platform that will be deployed across regions, sectors and functions. Focusing on a distinctive combination of AI capabilities, domain expertise, and human judgement. You'll be at the forefront of developing exciting technology for our firm.
As an AI / Agentic Software Engineer, you will design, build, and operate agentic systems that power GenAI applications.
You'll use LangGraph and LangChain to author multi-step, tool-using agents with robust state management, planning, and recovery; define and evolve function/tool schemas; implement tool routing, parallelization, and fallbacks; integrate retrieval, memory, and context windows; add guardrails, evaluation harnesses, and tracing for safety and observability; and expose agents via APIs and workflows.
You'll also integrate ETL-heavy procedural workflows through modern orchestrators (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, AWS Step Functions), modeling long-running DAGs as tool-invocable tasks with retries, backfills, idempotency, SLAs, lineage, and data-quality checks-so agents can schedule, monitor, and adapt pipelines in response to real-time signals.
You'll write production-grade Python/TypeScript with comprehensive tests, create and modify GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and operate AWS- and Docker-based infrastructure with attention to reliability, latency, and cost.
Your Growth
Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
  • Continuous learning: Our learning and apprenticeship culture, backed by structured programs, is all about helping you grow while creating an environment where feedback is clear, actionable, and focused on your development. The real magic happens when you take the input from others to heart and embrace the fast-paced learning experience, owning your journey.
  • A voice that matters: From day one, we value your ideas and contributions. You'll make a tangible impact by offering innovative ideas and practical solutions. We not only encourage diverse perspectives, but they are critical in driving us toward the best possible outcomes.
  • Global community: With colleagues across 65+ countries and over 100 different nationalities, our firm's diversity fuels creativity and helps us come up with the best solutions for our clients. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits: On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well-being for you and your family.
Your qualifications and skills
  • 5+ years as a Software Engineer. Degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Previous enterprise platform experience preferred
  • Proven agentic systems experience with LangGraph/LangChain (function/tool calling, state management, planning, retries/fallbacks)
  • Orchestrating ETL/DAG workflows (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, AWS Step Functions) with idempotency, backfills, SLAs, lineage
  • Strong Python (asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic); TypeScript/Node.js a plus
  • Expertise in React and Next.js (SSR/ISR, streaming UIs)
  • SQL mastery with PostgreSQL/RDS; solid schema design and query optimization
  • Retrieval & data layer: vector search (pgvector/FAISS/Pinecone) and knowledge graphs (SPARQL/Gremlin) for RAG/memory
  • LLM ops: prompt engineering, tool selection/guardrails; evaluation & observability (LangSmith/OpenTelemetry)
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions; GitHub PR workflows; Docker/Kubernetes; AWS (ECS/Fargate, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM)
  • Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
