The Product Experiences team is on a mission to create a seamless and intuitive user journey for every Snowflake customer. We are a collaborative and innovative team, dedicated to building world-class experiences that empower our users to achieve more with their data. We work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities
  • AI-First Mindset: Lead the charge in reimagining our user experiences with an AI-first approach. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven features that simplify complex workflows and enhance user productivity.

  • Experimentation and Growth: Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will own the product and platform for experimentation, user retention and feature activation, and will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious growth targets.

  • Platform Improvements: Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize platform improvements that will enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of our products.

  • Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points. You will be the voice of the customer within the organization, and will use your insights to guide product development.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring your product vision to life. You will be responsible for communicating your strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving user growth.

  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of data technologies and AI concepts.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working on products with a strong focus on user experience and design.

  • Experience with experimentation methodologies and technology.

  • Experience driving company cross functional initiatives towards customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the broader data ecosystem.

  • A passion for building products that solve real-world problems.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $222,000 - $339,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
