Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential - and people too. With a culture that's all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology - and careers - to the next level.

Data pipelines are the most critical component of data analytics and AI/ML in enterprises, and require significant tuning to achieve desired data freshness and latency goals and costs. Declarative pipelines are expected to significantly reduce the burden on data engineers and data analysts through the ability to define the pipeline without manually optimizing the steps. The industry is at the start of this journey towards the promise, which requires significant technological innovation. At Snowflake, this capability is provided through Dynamic Tables.

Dynamic Tables are tables that automatically refresh based on a defined query and target freshness, simplifying data transformation and pipeline management without requiring manual updates or custom scheduling. Dynamic Tables are highly differentiated in their ability to incrementally create refreshes, significantly reducing the cost and adhering to the target latency. Dynamic Tables are one of the fastest growing within Snowflake, with significant customer adoption.

We are looking for a visionary and customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to own and define the end-to-end experience for Dynamic Tables. You will be at the center of defining what the future of declarative pipelines looks like, and chart the path to further accelerating the growth and achieve the vision.

AS THE PRODUCT MANAGER FOR DYNAMIC TABLES AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Define the long-term strategy for declarative pipelines, setting the vision for the next generation of data transformation.

  • Understand the product and customer problems in depth to drive user-centric design and development.

  • Define the product roadmap in partnership with engineering, and execute on the roadmap to deliver measurable customer value.

  • Formulate and execute a growth plan, collaborating closely with go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Partners, etc).

  • Be the primary spokesperson for customers and the field, translating feedback and needs back into the product.

  • Represent Snowflake by presenting at major industry conferences and writing compelling technical blogs and papers.

OUR IDEAL PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, successfully launching and scaling complex enterprise software products.

  • A strong understanding of Generative AI and Machine Learning's role in the future of data engineering

  • Expert-level knowledge of data pipeline and modern data warehouse architectures, including materialized views, streaming, and advanced SQL transformation logic.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company's data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
