Purpose of the Job: **Please note this is a hybrid 6-9 month assignment based in NYC. We're looking for a highly motivated Retail Marketing Manager. You will be crucial in shaping the brand presence and driving customer engagement within our clients physical retail stores. You will be the primary owner of several key pillars that drive store traffic and customer experience: managing paid media performance, executing compelling in-store programming, and overseeing our global branded merchandise program. This role requires a blend of strategic marketing expertise, sharp execution, and cross-functional leadership to ensure all efforts align with core business strategies and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with proven experience in retail marketing who can manage complex projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. For New York applicants: The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
