We are seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Consumer Ecosystem Growth to join the Copilot consumer product marketing team. In this critical role, you'll lead efforts to drive adoption of Copilot across Microsoft's flagship consumer products, like Windows and productivity apps. Working closely with product, marketing, finance and business planning teams, you'll build a portfolio of initiatives to acquire and upsell users, using growth marketing techniques across paid and owned channels, continuously optimizing for impact. We're looking for a marketer with a track record of driving meaningful user growth in freemium or subscription businesses. Combining deep user empathy with sharp strategic insights, and an eye on competitive offerings, you can spot the needle-moving opportunities and go after them with determination.
ResponsibilitiesLead and evolve growth strategies to drive free and paid user acquisition across Windows and desktop endpoints, delivering against ambitious business targets. Design and scale experiments across paid media, social, creator partnerships, lifecycle marketing, and product-connected surfaces, in collaboration with channel owners. Harness audience and usage insights to shape creative, messaging, and targeting strategies, identifying high-potential growth segments and unlocking new demand. Monitor the competitive landscape for consumer AI products, surfacing opportunities to differentiate and break through with bold, user-centric marketing. Analyze performance and optimize, refining strategies to improve ROI, accelerate adoption, and unlock scalable growth, challenging working models to drive efficiency and innovation.
