As a Senior Technical Program Manager in CISO Engineering, you will lead initiatives that improve how our engineering teams operate. This includes areas like Live Site, Weekly Engineering Reviews (WER), sovereign clouds, and developer efficiency (DevOps Research and Assessment - DORA). You will work across many areas to help drive alignment, collaboration, and efficiency across the organization, making our engineers happier and more productive while supporting our mission to keep Microsoft and its customers secure. ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic programs to accelerate engineering excellence, scalability, and operational rigor.Champion innovation by leveraging graph intelligence, AI, and automation to build resilient, secure systems by driving effective use of engineering tools, including Azure DevOps, to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.Optimize engineering operations, improve Live Site reliability, workflow efficiency, and developer happiness.Foster collaboration and alignment across engineering teams, facilitating leading practices and continuous improvement.Ensure all programs and processes support our security-first mission and organizational priorities.Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), deliver clear reporting to leadership, and drive ongoing improvements.Embody our Culture and Values |
