Your Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior SAP Business Analyst with deep expertise in SAP EHSM (Environment, Health, and Safety Management) and strong proficiency in Material Master. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in EHSM components such as Component Workbench (CWB) and automated change processes but also brings a strategic understanding of data governance and compliance reporting.

This role requires a growth mindset, with a passion for learning and driving continuous improvement especially as we transition toward SAP S/4HANA and leverage SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for modern integration and innovation

Our Team

You will work for the ERP group known for its collaborative and diverse approach to digital transformation. Our team comprises over 50 individuals working across various regions to support our global operations.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the EHSM subject matter expert with focus on:
    • Component Workbench (CWB)
    • Automated Change Management Processes
    • Material compliance workflows
  • Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that rely on robust Material Master data and strong MDM practices, ensuring high data integrity across business processes.
  • Manage and optimize EHSM integration with external systems such as: IMDS, Loftware, Suppliersoft, Molex.com, etc
  • Ensure regulatory and sustainability reporting through ChemSherpa, SARA, SCIP
  • Actively contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap, including design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture and development teams to implement scalable integration using SAP BTP.
  • Drive continuous improvement through proactive identification of system and data enhancement opportunities, and by staying current with evolving regulatory and SAP product landscapes.
  • Provide mentorship and lead efforts to document processes, training materials, and best practices.
  • Engage with business users and data stewards to support and enhance MDM strategy.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on EHSM, Material Master, and MDM
  • Proven expertise in minimum one of the below:
    • Component Workbench (CWB)
    • Automated EHSM processes
    • Regulatory compliance reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of Material Master data structures, governance models, and integration points
  • Deep understanding of IMDS, Loftware, and supplier data exchange mechanisms
  • Familiarity with reporting of ChemSHERPA, SCIP, SARA
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA roadmap planning and BTP integration concepts
  • This role is not eligible for US Visa Sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g., Automotive, Electronics, Chemical, Manufacturing)
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps related to EHSM and MDM
  • Agile or hybrid project delivery experience
  • SAP certifications in relevant domains
  • A demonstrated passion for learning, curiosity about emerging technologies, and willingness to expand into adjacent SAP modules or technologies
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
