Summary: * High School Diploma/GED. * At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist, customer service agent, or any position that requires extensive public contact and interaction. * Basic Life Support Certification from American Heart Association required at the time of hire. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * General knowledge of hospital informational systems. * General working knowledge of computer systems. * Must be physically capable of constant standing for several minutes, walking, and lifting of heavy equipment and/or patients as deemed necessary. * Being courteous and professional at all times. * In services training provided in patient handling, movement and body lifting techniques, Joint Commission, OSHA regulations, Universal Precautions, Crisis Management and Death and Dying
