**ONSITE IN Exeter, NH**
*Description* 1. Deep expertise in Workday ERP transformations in large healthcare environments and a strong understanding of business process redesign, change management, stakeholder engagement, testing coordination, and post-go-live readiness. 2. Lead and manage the end-to-end business process transformation effort for integrating two new hospitals into the current Workday ERP system. 3. Partner with business leaders across Research/Grants, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain to assess current-state processes and map to future-state Workday capabilities. 4. Conduct fit-gap analyses between Infor Lawson and Workday ERP processes; recommend standardized solutions aligned with enterprise operating models. Champion the adoption of enterprise-standard Workday configurations and advocate for minimizing customization. 5. Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication strategies, and adoption tracking. 6. Lead business involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other validation cycles to ensure system configurations support operational needs. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Oversee development and delivery of training programs for end users and operational teams; ensure training is role-based and aligned with new business processes. Partner with Training teams to incorporate Workday training into enterprise onboarding and learning systems. Coordinate development of job aids, quick reference guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support transition and adoption *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
