Job Description We're hiring a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale data center build in Montgomery, AL. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who's organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a technician-heavy, fast-paced environment. If you're great with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and enjoy keeping teams aligned and projects moving, this is a great opportunity with long-term potential. What You'll Do * Manage calendars and emails using Microsoft Outlook to coordinate meetings and schedules * Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track housing, events, and logistics for field teams * Coordinate housing accommodations for technicians, ensuring timely bookings and updates * Organize team events, meetings, and group activities * Serve as the go-to person for organizational needs and team support * Juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail * Communicate clearly with internal teams and external vendors What You Bring * Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work on-site daily in Montgomery, AL * Comfortable working in a trailer or construction site environment * Flexible and resourceful with a positive attitude Nice to Have * Experience supporting field teams or construction projects * Familiarity with technician scheduling or logistics coordination Schedule * Monday-Friday, typically 7 AM - 4 PM * Occasional flexibility based on project needs Why Apply? * Be part of a high-impact data center build * Help streamline operations and support a growing team * Opportunity to grow into other scopes or sites * Work with a team that values reliability, adaptability, and collaboration Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
