We're looking for a software engineer like you to create timely solutions that help solve some of the toughest organizational problems.

On our team, you'll collaborate with operational and other technical professionals to create and implement end-to-end solutions that modernize client training and operational systems with secure, effective, and efficient software. You'll ensure that your team's solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with software engineering
  • 3+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications in continuous integration or continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience in software development with programming languages, including Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and C#
  • Experience writing source code for new applications, or enhancing code for existing applications
  • Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT field
  • Information Assurance Technician Level II Certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Agile methodology and product management
  • Experience working with and deploying cloud resources in AWS
  • Experience in full-stack development
  • Ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization
  • Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
  • Master's degree in an IT field
  • Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)Certification
  • Information Assurance Technician Level III Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
