Annual Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Developer I with a focus on Epicor Kinetic ERP to join our IT/BI team. In this role, you will assist in the development, support, customization, and integration of the Epicor Kinetic system to meet business needs. You will work closely with business users, analysts, and senior developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.

The Application Developer I will:

  • Assist in the development and customization of Epicor Kinetic applications using tools such as BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, and User Interface customizations.
  • Support day-to-day ERP operations and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with users and other IT team members.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design sessions, testing, and implementation of new ERP features or modules.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for code, configurations, and processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement system enhancements.
  • Assist in data migration, system integration, and report development using SSRS or Epicor-native tools.
  • Maintain awareness of Epicor updates and new features to advise on potential improvements or impacts.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, change management policies, and internal controls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Kinetic or previous versions (Epicor ERP 10) is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to C#, SQL, REST APIs, or similar technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn Epicor-specific tools and stay up to date on ERP development trends.
  • Experience with Epicor tools: BAQ, BPM, Customizations, SSRS Reports, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or finance business processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:

0-2 years of experience in application development or ERP support (internships or coursework count).

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
