Annual Salary: $80,000 - $105,000

Job Summary:

We are hiring an early-career ERP Developer ( 0-2 years of experience) who is excited to build a long-term career in enterprise systems and business applications. This is not a software engineering role. Instead, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with business teams, improving processes, building reports, solving data problems, and learning how ERP systems power manufacturing operations. You will receive hands-on training in Epicor Kinetic ERP, and work alongside other ERP Application Developers, and have opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and support our Epicor Kinetic ERP system
  • Assist in building and modifying
    • BAQs (Business Activity Queries)
    • BPMs (Business Process Management workflows)
    • Dashboards and reports
    • User interface customizations
  • Support day-to-day ERP troubleshooting alongside senior team members
  • Work directly with business users in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations
  • Participate in requirements gathering and testing of new features
  • Help improve business processes through system enhancements
  • Assist with data migration, reporting, and light integrations
  • Develop documentation for system configurations and processes
  • Stay current on Epicor updates and enhancements

As a Junior ERP Developer, you will start with guided work and progressively take ownership of small projects as your skills grow.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is early in their career (0-2 years of experience; internships count)
  • Has a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Is interested in business systems rather than pure product software engineering
  • Enjoys working with both data and people
  • Wants to grow into an ERP or Business Systems expert

Qualifications:

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or graduating soon); or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT, development, ERP support, or similar (internships welcome)
  • Basic understanding of:
    • SQL
    • Relational databases
    • Business process workflows
  • Exposure to one or more of the following:
    • C#
    • SQL Server
    • REST APIs
    • Reporting tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication skills and comfort working with non-technical stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in ERP systems

Preferred

  • Exposure to ERP systems (any platform)
  • Familiarity with Epicor (Kinetic or ERP 10)
  • Experience with Power BI or reporting tools
  • Exposure to manufacturing or distribution environment

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
