This is a full time, paid internship opportunity based in our Providence, RI office, that will give you hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will be part of our People First Strategy, which means you will work on exciting projects that align with your interests and goals. You will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with our internal Human Resources teams. Past project areas include:
- Recruiting talented and diverse candidates; utilizing recruitment channels to identify potential applicants and conducting screening interviews to assess skills and experience

- Supporting our U.S. Immigration & Domestic Assignment program
- Researching university partnerships to enchance our campus recruitment strategy
- Leveraging data analytics to inform business decisions
- Providing technical assistance to employees in a Learning Management System
- Developing and evaluating new tools and talent programs, to createa positive and engaging employee experience
Throughout the internship, you will also have the chance to network with senior leaders, receive feedback and coaching, and participate in fun and meaningful events. You will not only grow your skills and knowledge, but also your confidence and career prospects.


Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or similar degree
- Prior internship experience within the field of study is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Attention to detail and prioritization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Rhode Island, this ranges from $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.
