THE ROLE:

We are searching for an experienced Sr. Analyst to join our team and support the Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group (AECG) Finance team. The role will partner closely with Business Marketing & Operations as well as Supply Chain operations to support cost, inventory and demand reserves analysis for the Business Unit.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support core finance processes for inventory and COGS, including Annual Operating Plan, monthly operating forecast, and intra-quarter inventory forecast/outlook
  • Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting for quarter-end deliverables
  • Consolidate / coordinate monthly and quarterly inventory and COGS close activities
  • Support inventory reserves, risk inventory, and scrap approval process
  • Prepare ongoing reports providing validation and supporting documentation to business partners as required
  • Coordinate with business operations on AOP cost publishing in quoting system
  • Conduct variance analysis on AOP cost projection
  • Coordinate with global cross functional teams
  • Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis proactively and present findings
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems; drive efficiency through finance processes by automating, simplifying, or eliminating routine work

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Cost accounting, manufacturing finance, and/or inventory finance experience
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & hands on experience with SAP, Power BI Tools
  • Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access a plus

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance preferred
  • CPA preferred
