OVERVIEW
Merrick is seeking a highly motivated Associate Architect/Architectural Designer with two to five years of work experience to support projects based out of our growing San Antonio, Texas office. Must be team oriented, self-starting and focused on producing good design in an efficient manner. Annual pay range for this position is $68,300.00 - $75,000.00. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This individual will work in multi-discipline design studio producing construction documents and will possess the desire for individual growth and eventual licensure in the architectural profession. The Associate Architec will collaborate with other drafters/designers, will have the ability to follow directions and schedules, work independently, and will possess good written and oral communication skills.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a designer in Architecture (Associate Architect).
- Proficient in Revit, 3D modeling programs (Sketch Up & Revit preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Master's degree in Architecture.
- Client projects for this position require sole U.S. Citizenship.
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
