Here's what you'd do:

• EC Payroll Operations Specialists serve as an extension of the client Payroll product by executing the daily banking and payment processes fundamental to our core payroll product.
• This will include the movement of funds related to customer payroll liabilities, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any discrepancies resulting from banking errors.
• Payroll Operations Specialists also support the implementation and ongoing operations for many of our clients' Benefits services, including client Benefits and ACA Modules.
• Payroll Operations Specialists work with internal teams, third-party partners, and clients to resolve customer inquiries and execute these daily processes.
• Payroll Operations Specialists help maintain customer happiness through the timely and accurate execution of these processes.
• Payroll Operations Specialists are expected to work autonomously under the supervision of their manager.
• Work directly with customers to assist in the implementation and ongoing operations for the client's Benefits & ACA Module.
• Complete Tier 1 Banking and Payment functions within departmental SLAs.
• These tasks will include processing ACH Reversals, Federal Trace Number Requests, Stop Payments, and the Return of Funds for failed transactions.
• Work with internal and external partners to resolve customer inquiries and banking/payment discrepancies.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve banking and payment issues.
• Additional responsibilities as capacity and needs dictate.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25.00 /hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

Length: Contract to direct.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in utilising Salesforce, HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and the Google Suite.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in professionally working with benefits and payroll.
• Minimum 1 year of Software - Salesforce experience.

• Able to self-manage and self-prioritise their workload based on team and customer needs.
• Proactive in nature, works to improve knowledge of core functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and unwavering commitment to accuracy.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and embraces an empathic approach to all aspects of the role.
• Experience with banking, treasury management, payroll, or health benefits administration.
• Experience with Employee Navigator.
• Background in banking/treasury.
