Job Description:

The Job

A Sales Project Coordinator provides professional administrative support to the entire training program and projects within the department. This role involves strategic planning, scheduling and management of all training projects, tasks, and initiatives. This role involves assisting and preparing training reports for process improvement and training execution.

You Will

  • Prepares and maintains project plans, tracks project progress, and prepares reports for clients or project stakeholders.

  • Reviews project requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers, delegates responsibilities, and ensures that work is completed as needed.

  • Schedules cross-functional meetings to facilitate collaboration.

  • Maintains project-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, or payment records.

  • Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

  • Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. Small projects with limited budget.

  • Works on activities requiring minimal interpretation of policies and guidelines. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

  • Collaborates with management and top professionals in selection of methods, techniques and analytical approach. Makes decisions regarding daily priorities for a work group such as coordinating work activities and schedules.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Sr / Lead Role (prioritizes assignments, provides assistance, scheduled work, but does NOT directly supervise.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2 - 3 years of related experience.

  • 0 - 1 Years of leadership experience technical expertise.

  • Leadership - Basic skills to develops others.

  • Problem Solving - Basic problem-solving skills.

  • Communication - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Oral and written communication skills. Customer service skills.

  • Research skills. Organizational skills.

  • Detail oriented. Project management skills.

  • Work Mode: Mostly Remote - must be local to Long Beach and able to work onsite 2 days per week
