Baker College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty person to teach Political Science for our Running Start Program at Lapeer Community Schools STEM program. Our Running Start program is tailored for students who are eager to get a "running start" on their college and career goals. Join the dedicated team at Baker College to support our high school students! The Running Start class will be held during regular school hours, with the specific time to be determined in coordination with the high school's schedule. A master's degree in political science is required, or a master's degree in social studies or social science with a concentration in political science. A doctoral degree in political science is preferred. Acceptable subfields include social studies. Candidates must be familiar with a learning management system (Canvas preferred), the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, video conferencing tools, and general internet use.
