Position Description:

As a Clinical Program Coordinator I in Pathology you will coordinate the day-to-day administrative activities of the program, under general supervision.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the development of division materials, including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, presentations, and reports.
  • Partner with division leadership to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the division.
  • Support clinical workflows by proactively identifying information needs and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
  • Maintain program timeline, including tracking key deadlines and deliverables across division initiatives.
  • Manage faculty calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas, minutes, and relevant materials for all Hematopathology faculty.
  • Manage monthly department newsletter, including content collection, formatting, and distribution.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Conduct and coordinate faculty onboarding in the division in partnership with division leadership. Responsibilities include building itineraries, scheduling onboarding meetings, and providing the administrative overview in partnership with the Senior Business Operations Coordinator.
  • Collect, analyze, and disseminate division data.
  • Report division data and progress to division stakeholders.
  • Participate in relevant committees that advance the division and the profession.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management.

Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm



Position Requirements:

Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree

Minimum Required Experience: 2 year's
