About the Role

We're looking for a strategic, results-driven finance leader to join our Supply Chain organization as the Director of Supply Chain Finance. In this high-impact role, you'll turn insight into action-guiding critical decisions that shape our operations, improve profitability, and drive growth across the business.

You'll partner closely with Supply Chain leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and build the analytics and reporting that keep our business running efficiently. You'll also lead and develop a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Supply Chain leaders to achieve productivity and cost optimization goals.
• Deliver clear, insightful monthly reporting packages that drive decision-making within the Integrated Business Planning process.
• Design dashboards and metrics that track performance, highlight trends, and uncover opportunities.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and dynamic monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide trend analysis and KPI insights to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Build strong partnerships across departments to harmonize and standardize processes, reducing complexity and costs.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team-empowering future leaders and enhancing analytical capabilities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Proven management experience with strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in financial accounting, cost structures, and supply chain finance principles.
• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP and BI systems.
• Strong communication skills-comfortable influencing and presenting to senior executives.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure.
