Job Summary The Inventory/Forklift Operator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying and inspecting incoming materials, and managing the movement of stock using a forklift. This role ensures that materials are correctly received, stored, and issued while investigating any discrepancies in stock counts to maintain data accuracy and inventory integrity. Job Responsibilities Compile and maintain accurate records of materials received, stored, and distributed Verify received materials and identify any irregularities or discrepancies in orders Inspect materials and reject defective items as necessary Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move, stack, and organize materials Requisition supplies as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels Prepare detailed inventory reports and investigate discrepancies in stock counts Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or inventory setting Steady and verifiable work history required Prior experience with order picking and material handling preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively Must be able to lift, move, and organize materials as required by job duties Work Experience 5+ years of forklift operation experience Previous experience in warehouse inventory or logistics preferred Additional Job Details Work location: Swedesboro, NJ (candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting) Veterans are encouraged to apply
