The Opportunity

The Sr. E2E Product Integration Manager is accountable for the strategy and execution of integrating products, systems, and data across Adobe's Digital Experience (DX) business capabilities. This role includes leading system transformations, with a focus on data lineage across the sales cycle from Marketing through Revenue Recognition.

You will be a champion for upstream (e.g., Products, Marketing) and downstream (e.g., Revenue Ops, Customer Success/Services/Support) business teams by representing end-to-end processes and strategies needed to support integration work.You will enable seamless product and system integration, data lineage, and new product introductions across the DX ecosystem - bridging data, systems, and strategy.

This individual will work with internal groups across Sales, Operations, and Strategy to gather and prioritize critical business requirements. This person will also partner with System Analysts and Development teams to design, develop, and deliver business capability solutions that provide accuracy, value, and exceptional user experiences.

What You'll Do
  • Lead integration initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems, ensuring alignment with the DX business.
  • Drive system and data integration strategies for high-priority initiatives and recent acquisitions.
  • Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams, successfully resolving dependencies and achieving consensus.
  • Develop and maintain critical artifacts such as Market Problem Statements, Personas, Roadmaps, Value/Success Metrics, Scope, MVPs, and Epics.
  • Define initiatives from Concept Accept to Project Plan Commit, securing executive approval for key programs.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to build the strategic roadmap and anticipate future business needs.
  • Coordinate with DX business and Adobe Technology Services (IT) to resolve cross-team product issues.
  • Lead pivotal initiatives and major capability improvements.
  • Detail processes, policies, success metrics, reports, and mitigation plans.
  • Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user stories, working with QA on test criteria.
  • Conduct team kickoff meetings to communicate integration strategies and processes.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for onboarding new products and systems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with 2-3 years implementing sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar).
  • Strong experience with data lineage and governance across platforms.
  • Experience with system transformations and data integrations.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic roadmaps.
  • Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience working in CRMs, ideally within a SaaS-based E2E enterprise.
  • Familiarity with marketing, sales, or support platforms.
  • Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred: Experience or interest in AI product management and predictive analytics solutions.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
