Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr Manager Training Delivery to join the CDW Workforce Development team. This role involves creating and defining team incentives to enhance employee engagement and retention, while also projecting and implementing strategic growth plans. The individual will recruit and maintain qualified instructors, manage partner and reseller relationships, and identify projects to build the business and increase revenue. Additionally, they will refine scheduling and logistical procedures, manage key client and partner relationships, and ensure quality assurance in training delivery.

What you will do:

*Creates and defines team incentives for engagement and retention of the employees

*Projects and implements plan for strategic growth.

*Recruits and maintains qualified instructors and delivery team members.

*Identifies, creates and executes strategic training partnership opportunities beneficial to CDW.

*Guides Team in finding creative ways to lower overhead costs.

*Identifies projects that will help to build the business and increase revenue, while growing the training business.

*Manages partner and reseller relationships for training delivery success

*Contributes to practice's growth by driving new programs and initiatives.

*Refines scheduling and logistical procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability.

* Manages and maintains key client and partner relationships

* Partners with other leaders to engage and retain coworkers.

*Manages Training Delivery Management Team.

*Partners with supervisors to create and implement coworker development plans.

*Creates and implements operational processes that align to BU objectives.

*Serves as highest level of escalation.

*Owns resolution of all delivery impacting issues.

*Owns quality assurance on training facility, scheduling, and training logistics elements of CSAT.

*Institutes new processes, policies and procedures to prevent issue recurrence.

*Conducts analysis of situation and data, making quick decisions to solve any issues.

*Understands and manages complex client business processes.

*Creates new ways to streamline training delivery while maintaining quality excellence.

*Delivers clear, convincing, and well-organized presentations; project credibility and poise even in highly visible, adversarial situations.

*Manages team well; gets the most and best out of the people he/she has; sets and communicates guiding goals; measures accomplishments, holds people accountable, and gives useful feedback; delegates and develops; keeps people informed; provides coaching.

What we expect of you:

  • Bachelor's Degree, 10+ years of experience in training, and 3+ years of managerial experience, OR

  • 14 years total experience, to include 10+ years of experience in training, and 3+ years of managerial experience.

  • Experience managing training operations and instructor teams in multiple time zones and locations.

  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office, web applications, and email in a business setting.

  • Experienced with functioning effectively when under pressure and maintain self-control in the face of provocation.

  • Experience implementation training operations, delivery logistics, and workflow process improvements.

  • Experience leveraging workflow automation, program and process management, and CRM tools to streamline training delivery operations.

  • Experience creating and managing an operational staffing model to ensure 24x7 coverage, escalation model, and client SLA support.

  • Experience owning outcomes for and reporting against training delivery contract requirements.

Pay range: $ 64,000 - $ 187,200 depending on experience and skill set
Annual bonus target of 25% subject to terms and conditions of plan
