The Opportunity

We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Global Strategic Operations Manager to join Adobe's ACS organization. This M40-level people management role will lead a team of high-performing strategic operators and play a critical role in orchestrating global programs, enabling scalable operations, and driving execution across cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Do

Lead a Global Strategic Operations Team:
Build, coach, and manage a team of strategic operations professionals. Foster a high-performance culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Drive Strategic Alignment Across ACS:
Partner with leaders across ACS to lead planning, execution, and governance of key initiatives-including Value Realization, Professional Services Harmonization, and global operating rhythms, especially as it pertains to Ultimate Success.

Capacity & Compensation Partnership:
Consult on annual and ongoing capacity planning as well as compensation design, partnering with ACS Ops finance, HR, and GTM field teams to ensure workforce alignment to demand. Support Go-To-Market strategies with data-driven insights and resource modeling.

RTB (Run the Business) Excellence & Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions. Establish repeatable business rhythms, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement across teams and regions.

Performance Management & Business Inspection:
Build and manage robust inspection frameworks and KPIs that track organizational health and drive informed decisions. Support executive reporting and quarterly business reviews.

Cross-Functional Influence:
Collaborate closely with partners in Role Excellence, Product Operations, Field Enablement, and regional Strategic Operations Managers to drive alignment and shared outcomes.

Compensation Design Partnership:
Work in close partnership with Finance and HR teams to inform compensation design that supports strategic objectives and performance incentives.

Lead Change & Transformation Initiatives:
Champion change across the organization. Effectively manage communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, business planning, or management consulting, including people leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in capacity modeling, resource planning, and go-to-market strategy development.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical rigor; skilled in translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to lead teams through ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results at scale.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable influencing VP and SVP-level audiences.
  • Experience implementing operational processes and change management in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Experience with Adobe product ecosystem and services delivery models is a strong plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $115,200 -- $245,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
