Staffmark is excited to teaming up with a dynamic and growing company in Angola, IN, to hire an Administrative Support Specialist! We are looking for a motivated professional with an administration background to join their diverse team. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and eager to go the extra mile, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Part Time Schedule - 20 hours per week

Monday - 4 hours (8AM-12PM)

Wednesday - 8 hours (8AM-4PM)

Friday - 8 hours (8AM-4PM)

Pay: $18/hr.

Essential Functions:

We are seeking an office administrative professional with strong MS Office skills and solid computer literacy. The ideal candidate will confidently manage scheduling, conference calls, and meetings, provide excellent customer service, and handle general administrative support. Accounts Payable knowledge is a plus, along with a proactive, tech-comfortable attitude and strong communication skills.
