Job Summary: The Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of contractual data, including its creation, scheduling, delivery, and archiving, to ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements. Key duties include: * Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the contractor's internal technical teams and the external government client or customer. * Audit all submitted data to ensure it is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with the contract's specified Data Item Descriptions (DIDs). * Track the status of all CDRL items, monitor delivery metrics, and generate reports for program managers and clients. * Manage the storage and archiving of all program deliverables and historical data in designated data management repositories, such as SharePoint. * Gather, extract, manipulate, analyze, and model complex data to identify trends and patterns, providing data-driven insights and contributing to strategic planning * Develop and implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business unit. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business unit. * Creating, managing, and disbursing reports related to the project. Qualifications *Three to five years of experience with preferred experience in research, analysis, and customer support. *Contract and data management experience: Strong background in contract administration, government contracts, or project management, with a solid understanding of CDRLs, DIDs, and the overall acquisition process. *Software proficiency: Must be highly proficient with standard tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software, including contract management systems and repositories like SharePoint. *Analytical skills: Ability to analyze contract requirements, track data metrics, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies. *Attention to detail: Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to work are crucial for managing large volumes of data and ensuring full compliance. *Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with a wide variety of technical and managerial personnel, as well as external customers. *Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Business Administration or a related science preferred. *Proven working experience as a data analyst. *Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. *Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings. *Tactful, discreet and displays good judgment. *Excellent organizational and time management skills. *Ability to evaluate problems and recommend solutions. *Flexibility to assist wherever needed to achieve goals Security Clearance *Ability to obtain "Secret" level security clearance.
