About the Role:
The Data Integration Lead is a critical member of the WebMD Ignite delivery team, responsible for implementing and supporting data integrations that power our Ignite Growth Platform (IGP), Data-as-a-Service (DaaS), and Pulse offerings. This client-facing role ensures timely, high-quality data solution configuration and integration, driving client satisfaction and directly impacting revenue recognition. As a subject matter expert, the Data Integration Lead partners with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to enable seamless data exchange between electronic health records (EHRs), client systems, and Ignite's platforms. This role is essential to sustaining delivery capacity, protecting revenue streams, and maintaining our competitive edge in client experience.
