Role: Workstation Support I

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12+ Months (Extension Possible)

Job Description

• Receives, inventories, prepares, packs, and ships computer workstations, docking stations, monitors, and other accessories in warehouse setting.
• Maintain inventory in ServiceNow.
• Fulfills computer hardware and accessory requests.
• Work to keep Hardware Depot stocked.
• Work with Workstation Refresh project team to supply workers with new computers.
• Prepares old computers for disposal, recycling, resale, or donation.
• Requires working knowledge of personal computers and peripherals.
