Position Summary

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Saddleback Medical Center. The employee shall support Saddleback Medical Centers' strategic plan and participate in and advocate performance improvement/patient safety activities. Under the direction of the Dir, Cardiovascular Services, this position is responsible for managing the Cardiovascular Receiving Center Program for Saddleback Medical Center. Responsibilities include meeting and sustaining the requirements for STEMI Center Certification by ensuring compliance with the accreditation agencies' standards of care. Requires strong working knowledge of STEMI receiving center management and development, performance improvement tools and methodologies, and effective analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to direct projects and assist with team building.

Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
