The Manager Clinic Nurse manages the daily operations of the nursing staff in hospital and clinic settings. Working to drive operational excellence for their team, this role supervises the caliber of treatment and care of the patients.


Manages all areas of clinical services in the clinic setting, including procedures, safety, workflows, and patient satisfaction in line with the Cone Health systems practices and values.
Evaluates staff performance in line with the company vision and addresses gaps in collaboration with the Clinic Team Leads to ensure superior customer service and a positive working environment.
Oversees the clinical staff, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants and Phlebotomists through scheduling shifts and organizing meetings.
Assists with the annual planning and budgeting process in order to deliver data-driven recommendations to the administration.
Supports the Department Director with special projects including Patient-Centered Medical Home and Population Health Management in order to assist with clinical and workflow related issues.
Trains and supervises clinical staff in order to provide clinical expertise and coaching to build skills in line with the Cone Health vision.
Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Preferred: Master's Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE:
Required:
2 years clinical experience in medium to large practice.
2 years supervisory experience.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
