Sr Recruiter, Yoh

As a Senior Recruiter, you will leverage proven recruiting strategies to manage a full desk, sourcing and screening top talent to fill immediate openings while proactively building pipelines for future opportunities. In this role, you'll drive individual performance goals and play a key part in the overall success of the business center.


This position offers a clear career progression from Recruiter to Senior Recruiter and provides the foundation for advancement to Principal Recruiter.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstratea track record in execution of full life cycle recruitment (source, screen, submit, pipeline, etc), policies and guidelines, and client service objectives. A successful candidate in this role has a track record in meeting ramp or productivity goals. Operates proficiently in filling various types of jobs in various industries. Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, including performing the necessary screening requirements and through the offer phase. Operates with limited input from supervisor.
  • Assigned as mentor's to Recruiters. Grow with Yoh SME or Learning SME.
  • Demonstrates a high aptitude toward influencing desired outcomes through negotiation and candidate control. Maintains an ongoing pipeline of relevant passive and active relationships with exceptional talent to lessen time-to-fill and increase quality of job fills.
  • Particpate in creation of sourcing strategy by recommending ideas to satisfy client requirements. Highly proficient in leveraging online recruiting resources including job boards, professional affiliations, niche sites, social networking, etc.The Recruiter 3 should research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to clarify job specifications in order to fulfill client needs.
  • Other duties as assigned by managment.

KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Knowledgeable of leading search practices
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Possess knowledge of full life-cycel recruiting components
  • Negotiation and sales skillls
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Five - ten years of staffing agency experience
  • AIRS preferred; Yoh Certified Recruiter

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements).
