THE ROLE

The Consultative Services Senior Analyst acts as a resource to liaison between the MFSC functional teams and SS&C business and IT resources. The role requires the ability to analyze, troubleshoot and provide transfer agency associates support/recommendations on the SS&C (DST) TA2000 shareholder record keeping platform and BNY/Conduent print mail platform. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with business partners to define and document business needs/enhancement requirements, execute test plans, and develop timelines for technical initiatives. The role requires coordinating general or proposed enhancements, working with software vendor(s) or internal technical shared resources as warranted. The associate will serve as a key contributor on MFS projects and serve as a project lead as needed. The role requires the ability to analyze/validate data reporting and providing this information to various Teams/departments across MFS. The ability to execute data queries using the SS&C Powerselect application is a plus but not a requirement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Troubleshoot and provide transfer agency associates support on the SS&C TA2000 shareholder recordkeeping system.

  • Provide information and statistical reporting across the firm as required. Coordinate and execute scheduled production processes and ad hoc requests.

  • Performs data/database management responsibilities.

  • Monitors daily production processes to ensure information reporting is delivered on time.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, partnering with software vendor or internal technical resources as needed.

  • Adheres to the MFSC software development life cycle (SDLC) and MFS's change control procedures.

  • Serve as key contributor for medium and larger scale projects. Serve as a key contributor in several aspects of project management such as project documentation, project design and planning, project tracking and monitoring, and project implementation.

  • Validates vendor data/reports for completeness and accuracy.

  • Coordinates with various vendors to obtain data on behalf of the business or project stakeholders.

  • Facilitate meetings to understand and discuss customers' data needs and workflows.

  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Strong written and interpersonal communications skills.

  • 2-5+ years of relevant work experience, industry related experience preferred.

  • Proven analytical skills; ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to meet business needs.

  • Familiarity with application development life cycles, project management, and product rollout preferred.

  • Knowledge of SQL is an added plus.

  • Experience with TA2000 shareholder recordkeeping system, and SS&C's Powerselect, a plus but not required.

    Base Salary Range: $60,500.00 - $87,500.00 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.
