What this job involves:

As a Project Coordinator at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting a construction project management team to deliver challenging projects for a financial services client. This role emphasizes forward thinking and consistently demonstrating initiative to adopt new technologies while contributing to efficient processes. Your interest in construction projects from start to finish will be key to supporting your team in delivering innovative and industry-changing projects. You'll be at the heart of the team, demonstrating accountability, collaboration, and enthusiasm for implementing innovative ideas in a dynamic team environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, project stakeholders, and vendors regarding project updates and changes
  • Maintain project documentation including requirements, reports, and progress updates in accurate, organized, and accessible formats
  • Ensure adherence to vendor agreements relating to fees and processes
  • Review and process project budgets, vendor proposals/bids, change orders, and invoices within financial systems
  • Assist vendors and clients with questions and tracking on Purchase Orders, Change Orders, and Invoicing
  • Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance project delivery and operations for increased efficiency
  • Collaborate with operations to create presentations/trainings, playbooks, guides, and other deliverables using project management technology
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ years practical experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service and presentation abilities
  • Ability to think and work independently while demonstrating initiative and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
  • Interest in commercial real estate industry, property management, and gaining broad CRE experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and creative mindset with proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple individuals on various projects to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Previous accounting, construction, or real estate support experience
  • Experience with project management technology and tools
  • Knowledge of financial services industry requirements
  • Understanding of construction project lifecycle processes
  • Experience creating training materials and process documentation

Estimated compensation for this position:

55,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
