As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate resolution of complex Payroll issues impacting team members. This role is responsible for ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. This role includes cross-checking payroll staff, coordinating with other departments, and continuously improving payroll processes. This role will provide support to the Senior Payroll Director. Successful candidates are passionate and enthusiastic about helping others, eager to learn new skills, and are detail oriented. The position requires great project management, payroll management expertise, and teamwork skills. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative, and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to success. Responsibilities
