Assembler

• Set up, operate, and maintain BOBST die-cutting machines for high-quality packaging production
• Read job specifications and adjust machine settings accordingly
• Load materials, perform quality inspections, and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure machine reliability
• Follow safety procedures, including Lock Out/Tag Out, to meet production schedules and standards

• Must have one year of related experience.
• Experience with BOBST die-cutting models, automated feeder systems, and basic PLC/touch-screen knowledge
• Strong mechanical aptitude for adjustments and troubleshooting
• High attention to detail for accurate setup and inspections
• Effective problem-solving skills to minimize downtime
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with operating procedures
• Clear communication with team members and QA staff
• Physical stamina to lift, move, and stand for long periods
