We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this fully remote role, you'll play a key part in building exceptional teams by recruiting high-quality talent for store-level positions - from sales associates to store managers - across our national retail locations.

You'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, prioritizing high-turnover roles, and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities


  • Source, attract, and recruit top talent using best-in-class recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for retail store-level roles, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador in every interaction.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize critical or high-volume openings.
  • Leverage ATS, job boards, sourcing channels, and social platforms to identify and engage top talent.
  • Provide realistic job previews and assess candidate fit based on skills, experience, and alignment with company values.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and escalate concerns to leadership when needed.
  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects.



Required Education & Experience:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles
  • 1+ years of experience using and managing ATS platforms (Workday preferred)



Preferred Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities
  • Experience working with high-volume, hourly retail hiring is a plus
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
