Staffmark is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to provide exceptional support to yearbook advisers and internal teams. In this remote role, you'll manage yearbook agreements, maintain accurate records, and provide technical and customer support throughout the design and production process, ensuring a smooth experience from setup to delivery.

Pay: $19/hr | Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST (schedule may adjust after training)

Responsibilities



  • Manage yearbook agreements, bookings, and APO setups
  • Maintain accurate records and support ongoing yearbook processes
  • Provide customer support via phone, chat, and Salesforce
  • Assist with website navigation and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints, ensuring follow-up and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support yearbook production
  • Participate in process improvements and stay updated on products and systems



Qualifications



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information and remain professional with customers
  • Capable of performing typical office/remote duties, including sitting, standing, and repetitive tasks
