What this job involves - We're looking for a highly motivated and analytical Quality & Audit Program Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will drive our commitment to excellence by supporting the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our comprehensive quality and audit programs. Responsibilities:
  • Quality & Audit Program Management: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new and existing quality improvement and auditing initiatives. Support the execution of robust auditing programs to assess compliance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to quality standards, including assisting with audit scope definition, methodology development, data collection, and report generation.

  • Performance Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement within quality and audit programs. Collaborate on the design, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the identification, analysis, and optimization of existing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall quality outcomes.

  • Documentation & Training: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of quality improvement programs, processes, and results. Assist in developing and delivering training materials to educate staff on quality improvement methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with various departments and teams to understand their processes, gather requirements, and facilitate the implementation of quality improvement solutions. Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and other communication materials to inform stakeholders about quality performance, improvement initiatives, and audit findings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related analytical discipline.

  • Proven experience 5 years in a role focused on quality improvement, process improvement, data analysis, or program support within an audit or quality environment.

  • Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, statistical functions).

  • Experience with, or a strong aptitude for learning, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio) for dashboard and presentation development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to identify problems, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous learning mindset.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
  • Certifications in Quality Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).

  • Experience in the facilities management or commercial real estate environment

  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) or audit processes and risk management principles.

Estimated compensation for this position:

108,000.00 - 145,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
