Are you a skilled
problem-solver with strong electrical and mechanical experience? Staffmark is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing operations running at peak performance. This hands-on role is key to troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving metal stamping equipment and production systems.

Pay: $28-$35/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Day Shift with overtime opportunities

What You'll Do



  • Troubleshoot and repair stamping presses, electrical controls, and mechanical systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime
  • Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades
  • Partner with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively



What We're Looking For



  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal stamping a plus)
  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read schematics and safely operate tools and equipment
  • Team player with leadership potential and career growth mindset
